Rosa Estevens
A complete Portuguese reading scheme for children is now available free of charge.
We are pleased to have been able to assist Rosa Estevens to bring her work to the net. A teacher of year one children for the last 25 years, Rosa has produced a unique set of books to help children learn to read in Portuguese. Despite being unsuccessful in finding a publisher, Rosa remained determined to bring her work to the children and approached us for assistance.
Over the last few months the dynafish team has worked closely with Rosa, both on the books themselves and building the website, where they are now available for download as PDFs, free of charge. She is a great, highly-principled lady and we are pleased to have been able to have been able to donate our time and efforts in helping her to bring this project to fruition.

qute
dynafish have now produced a public front end to the 2qute back-office system we wrote for quatreus.
This new system links directly into the internal quatreus project management system 2qute, and enables quatreus clients to be able to choose from a whole range of exhibitory items and services, and put together their requirements which are automatically forwarded and processed byb quatreus.
qute is a major piece of work for dynafish, and a great tool for quatreus. |

The Rosco Foundation
dynafish are pleased to have built and donated a new bilingual website for Lagos based charity the Rosco Foundation.
Providing helping hands to those in need, the mission of the ROSCOFOUNDATION is to share their positive energy to motivate people into helping each other.
Rosco had a great empathy for people in less fortunate circumstances than his own. In order to fulfill his ambition to help others, his family and friends set up the Association in his memory.

Algarve Resident
To complement the new printed edition, we have recently completed a total facelift for the Algarve Resident.
A brand-new colour coded design and multiple new features have combined to make an excellent new website for the Resident. A swathe of new navigation features mean that visitors can access stories and information much easier, and user interaction and facilities have been greatly enhanced.
Behind the scenes, we have rebuilt the site admin system, and the Resident staff now have much more powerful way to control the online version of the paper.
All in all, the Algarve Resident is now far and away the most advanced and user-friendly Algarve-based publication. This is still a work in progress, with many new exciting features under development. Watch this space! |

We've been very busy all year building a project management system for UK Marketing Communications Agency Quatreus
2qute is a fully-featured web based back office package that enables Quatreus to manage multiple facets of their projects from any location around the globe. The facilities range cover event scheduling, budget modelling and production of all documentation as PDFs.
A major system of which both Quatreus and dynafish are very proud, 2qute has been designed and built with the possibility of customisation for other businesses.

New AFPOP site online
The AFPOP site has received a major overhaul and is now online.
Following the awarding of the AFPOP contract to dynafish, we have made major changes to the site for Portugal's expatriate community.
Besides expanded multi-language support, a new look for the members area and rationalising of the user interface, there has been a complete overhaul of the underlying technical infrastructure, making for a faster and more robust user experience.
Also, a major international exhibitions facilitator have recently commissioned us to build a private-access online system to enable them to cost and control their projects. This is a major piece of development which is keeping us very busy at the moment. |

A brand-new DYN module: all our systems can now be integrated to Google Maps!

At last - a decent online business directory for the Algarve.
Piloting in the Algarve before extending to cover all of Portugal, the Portugal Blue Pages are a collaborative venture between Dynamic Fish, Canary Wharf and Nexus. All three companies have serious track records in the Algarve communcations sector, and we have brought together our technical and commercial skills to create the online version of the Portugal Resident's printed business directory, the Blue Book.
A fully-featured site, where business owners can manage their own entries, the Portugal Blue Pages will undoubtedly become the definitive online business directory, and first port of call for anyone looking for a local business or service. Basic self-managed listings are free to all businesses. |

The Portugal Resident
dynamic fish have now taken over the running of the Portugal Resident websites.
The main news site was originally written on contract by our programmers some years back. Now, as a prelude to rebuilding the site using a full DYN interface, full responsibility for the site has been handed over to us. The site has been relocated to our high-performance server based in the UK, giving much-improved response times and delivery of pages to the reader.
A new classifieds submission system has now been created, with online payments, and extensive user facilties such as the ability to create and amend both old and new adverts, and a private photo. library.
Expect more developments on this site very soon. |

Better Living in Portugal Exhibition
dynamic fish have won the contract to build the Better Living in Portugal (BLiP) web presence.
There will be two web sites: one for visitors to the exhibition, and another for exhibitors. Both sites are driven via a single, integrated DYN database.
Animated floorplans show who is on what stand, and visitors can search for companies and products they're interested in, and produce lists and maps of the stands they want to visit - before they even leave home, thus optimising their time at the show.
Registered exhibitors also have their own private area, where they can download bulletins, access special offers, and change their company details, as used for all show publicity.
Behind the scenes, the exhibition organisers (Canary Wharf) are running their complete administration via the DYN control panel. Here they control the creation, numbering and pricing of stands, allocate them to exhibitors, email contracts and other items to exhibitors, upload bulletins and manage the finanacial aspects of the show.
As the administration, and both the visitors and exhibitors websites, are driven via the same DYN database, a change to an exhibitor's details, or a change of stand location, is immediately active and visible across the whole web presence.
The administration site and exhibitors sites are now live, and the visitors site will be available soon.
